DJ Fly Re-up…

After watching this video on repeat, it really makes me rethink my life as a “DJ.” Wicked…I know, right.

We Own KTUH

“Aquadust” has made its way to the top of the charts over at your favorite local College radio station, KTUH 90.3fm.

The University seems to always hold down the heat. On many occasions, even. Thank goodness for hungry adolescent ears of young sleepy-eyed students of the islands. Study in the dusty air of the Earth. And, drink more water. it solves headaches.

Here’s to the end of 2009.

Geminids Meteor Shower Peak TONIGHT 12/13-14

All your nightclub promo events and weekend festivities are futile.

This is one event you don’t want to miss.

Here’s to eclipsing everything you thought was great in your life. Which by the way is not worth living without witnessing this unearthly, colossal event.

If you don’t think so, tell my good friends over at NASA and NatGeo that you are a non-believer… i dare you…

Mind Tactics Collabo 12-05-09

Ye old Cutter Dodge is at it again. Collaborating over the airwaves with the homie, Jimmy Taco. Mind Tactics, 13 years and counting, hosts another dose of infectious injections of a Hip Hop earload again.

Mind Tactics/Mosquito Diesel Minimix will be up in the near future, but for now, hit the pic to get the full show.

Technics 2012?

What’s the deal with not manufacturing Technics 1200 turntables anymore, in the near future?

I keep hearing more and more about it, and the more it seems ridiculous. These things been around longer than a half of forever, and even if they stopped, I think Technics will still get the love it always has, despite the movement in the new digital age. Technics will always be the father of your favorite bastard MP3 players. Even if they stop making them, these measley CDJ-canker-mouth-player-shapes will still pay its dues where its needed, and bow to its predecessor with an unforgiving jawdroopling crevice of a mouth.

Any which way, I’m a Vestax user, myself, so I don’t care. I just hope they make something great that my grandkids can piss on, and still be in top notch condition. Technics for prez!
